Time for a change? Maybe consigning is your first step to a new look at home.
Only fine furnishings and accessories (lamps, mirrors, art...) that are in excellent condition will be considered for consignment. Antiques and vintage pieces are prefered. Items should be of current style and color. Please send a detailed description of an item you wish to sell along with a digital photo by email. No items will be placed in the store without prior approval. No pick up and delivery service will be provided. All items will be priced by management according to condition, desirability, and current market conditions.
Consignment service is based on a 90 day time frame. After an item is accepted and priced, is it marked and put out on the floor. It remains at the original price for 30 days. If it has not sold during this time it is marked down by 20% at 30 days. If the item has not sold in 60 days, it will be marked down by 20 % again If it is has not sold at 90 days it must be picked up within 7 days, or it can be donated by request.
Consignment fee is 50% of the proceeds from the sale (after sales tax and and credit card fees.)
